Tuition for 2023-2024 School Year


Preschool (School Year: August 16, 2023 - July 31, 2024)

LAWTON Site: (Includes Breakfast and Hot Lunches)

FACTS Monthly tuition by installments: $1,600.00, due on the 1st day each month. 12 installments (Aug.2023 - Jul. 2024)

Annual tuition: $19,200.00 

SILVER Site: (Includes Hot Lunches)

FACTS Monthly tuition by installments: $1,600.00, due on the 1st day each month. 12 installments (Aug.2023 - Jul. 2024)

Annual tuition: $19,200.00 

Kindergarten through Grade 8 - Includes Hot Lunches (School Year: August 16, 2023 - May 31, 2024)

FACTS Monthly tuition by installments: $1,450.00, due on the 1st day each month. 10 installments (Aug. 2023 - May 2024)

Annual tuition: $14,500.00 

Tuition Payments and FACTS
FACTS Management Company handles the entire tuition by installments process for Cornerstone Academy.  

All families paying by installments must have a FACTS account set up (click here for details).  FACTS payment service will impose a $50 fee per account


Families paying full tuition need to submit a check to the front office by August 1, 2023. NO FACTS account is needed.

Enrollment Fee
An annual registration/enrollment fee of $500 per student is due with the enrollment contract for students in preschool, kindergarten, and grades 1-8.

Hot Lunch Program (SY 2023-2024)
As a convenience and possibly to save families money and time, the school will provide lunch for all students as part of the tuition package. Previous restrictions apply from the previous lunch program (e.g. no refunds for missed lunches due to absences or field trips). We will try to accommodate for allergies or special diets. 

Parent-Initiated Withdrawal Date

The student's official last day of school at Cornerstone Academy will be based either on the date the Front Office receives the withdrawal notice or if mailed in or emailed, the date post marked on the envelope or the date email was sent.

Early Withdrawal Fee (last revised Jan. 2023)

AFTER JULY 14, 2023, 12 NOON (PST), for all grade levels (Preschool-8th grade) for the entire school year, all parent-initiated student withdrawal(s) are subject to a $1,500 withdrawal fee per student. The fee is necessary because the school has made salary commitments to school employees and the school has purchased student resources based on the fact the student will be enrolled for the entire school year. The withdrawal fee will only be waived if the school receives an official written withdrawal letter or email before 12 NOON, JULY 14, 2023.

After Friday, 7/14/2023, 12 noon (PST), no withdrawal notification will be accepted without the $1,500 withdrawal fee payment. The withdrawal notification is a written letter or email stating the student's withdrawal from Cornerstone. 

All payments  for field trips and all paid school electives (in-school or afterschool; such as dance, piano, tutoring programs, and future offerings) are non-refundable and non-transferable (even in parent or school-initiated withdrawals).

Delinquent/Past Due Account

Account is considered delinquent/past due if outstanding balance is NOT PAID IN FULL by the due date indicated on the statement notification from Cornerstone Academy. Delinquent/past due accounts will be subject to late payment fee of $30 each month until balance is paid in full. If the parent(s)/guardian(s) make no effort to contact or make arrangements with the school, the student will be dropped from enrollment and a collection agency will be notified.

Other Fees (last rev. Jan 2023)

Early Morning Extended Care (7:00am-8:00am)

- Preschool $2,200.00/child from (8/16/23 - 07/31/24)

- Kindergarten - 8th Grade $1,800/child (8/16/23 - 05/31/24) 
Late pickup (After 6:00pm): $10.00 per 15 minutes 
Returned EFT / Returned check: $30 per FACTS ACH transaction or check
Holiday/Summer Extended Care: $50 per day (8am-4:30pm). May be offered on weeks when K-8 is not in session, but preschool is in session.

Tuition/Child Care Receipts

Tuition/Child Care receipts will only be available upon request.  Please contact Ms. Peggy Hom ( to request a copy of your child(rens) tuition receipts. 

Please include the following information

1. Student's Full Name

2. Student's Teacher or Middle School Homeroom Teacher

3. Student's Grade Level

4. The month and year of the receipt you are requesting. 

Tuition/Child Care receipts will only be in digital format (.PDF) and emailed to the parent/guardian requesting the receipt. Receipts will not be printed or mailed.
