What is the  enrollment fee?

The annual enrollment fee is to save a spot in the class for your child. The enrollment fee of $500, per student, is due with the enrollment contract for students in preschool, kindergarten, and grades 1-8.

How is the tuition fee paid?

• FACTS management Company handles the tuition by installments process for Cornerstone Academy. 
 • All families paying by installments must have a FACTS payment account set up for tuition. Details here.(https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/49KMH) FACTS payment service will impose an annual fee of $50.00 per account. 
 • Families paying full tuition need to submit a check to the front office by August 1st of the new school year.  No FACTS tuition account set up needed. 
 • All families should have a FACTS payment account to pay the annual enrollment fee, but not all families need to set up the tuition auto-payment system if paying full tuition by August 1st.

Question 4

What happens if the payment does not do through?

Account is considered delinquent/past due if outstanding balance is NOT PAID IN FULL by the due date indicated on the statement notification from Cornerstone Academy. Delinquent/past due accounts will be subject to late payment fee of $30 each month until balance is paid in full. If the parent(s)/guardian(s) make no effort to contact or make arrangements with the school, the student will be dropped from enrollment and a collection agency will be notified.​

What happens if my child would like to withdraw early?

Parent-Initiated Withdrawal Date
The student's official last day of school at Cornerstone Academy will be based either on the date the Front Office receives the withdrawal notice or if mailed in or emailed, the date post marked on the envelope or the date email was sent.

Early Withdrawal Fee
 • AFTER JULY 17, 2026, 12 NOON (PST), for all grade levels (Preschool-8th grade) for the entire school year, all parent-initiated student withdrawal(s) are subject to a $2,000 withdrawal fee per student. The fee is necessary because the school has made salary commitments to school employees and the school has purchased student resources based on the fact the student will be enrolled for the entire school year. The withdrawal fee will only be waived if the school receives an official written withdrawal letter or email before 12 NOON, JULY 17, 2026.
 • After Friday, 7/17/2026, 12 noon (PST), no withdrawal notification will be accepted without the $2,000 withdrawal fee payment. The withdrawal notification is a written letter or email stating the student's withdrawal from Cornerstone. 
 • All payments for field trips and all paid school electives (in-school or afterschool; such as piano, tutoring programs, and future offerings) are non-refundable and non-transferable (even in parent or school-initiated withdrawals).​

How do I get a receipt of my tuition payment?

Tuition/Child Care receipts will only be available upon request. Please contact Ms. Peggy Hom (peggy.hom@cornerstone-academy.net) to request a copy of your child(rens) tuition receipts.

Summer Program Registration Receipts
Summer program receipts will only be available upon request.  Please contact Mr. Dustin Duong (dustin.duong@cornerstone-academy.net) to request a copy of your child(rens) summer program receipts.

I work early in the morning and needs to drop off children earlier,  what are the options?

Experience the convenient for parents who needed to drop off their children early with our early morning extended care program. With a time time flat fee, parents can drop off their children as early as 7:00am. Slots are limited, don't miss the chance to this great opportunity.

* Early Morning Extended Care Program period 7:00am  - 7:30am, one time flat rate only for school year 2026 - 2027.

Question 9

Are meals available in Cornerstone during school days?

If parents have limited time to prepare children's lunch, our school offers convenience and save families money and time. We provide lunch for all students as part of the tuition package.

Previous restrictions apply from the previous lunch program (e.g. no refunds for missed lunches due to absences or field trips). We will try to accommodate for certain allergies, but check with our staff or administration about your child's allergies.
