Recreational Area
​We recognize that happiness and growth extend beyond academics, and playtime is essential for children's development. Our recreational area is thoughtfully designed to offer children a space where they can enjoy outdoor activities and have fun. The designated playground allows for safe interactions while offering a stunning view of San Francisco, making it a perfect environment for both play and exploration.
Curiosity and Explore
Each of our campuses provide areas and elements to stoke a child's need of curiosity and exploration. Whether it is indoor classroom elements or just the ability to stretch and spread out in our outdoor play areas, we try to add elements to our facilities for our students to have experiences in our campuses. Those experiences could be as simple as our small garden or the sensory paths on the hallway floors to larger structures like our gymnasium or climbing wall.
Knowledge Exploration
Even with the wide range of technology available to students and families, we still believe in natural ways for students to explore their world. We still believe in libraries with actual books. Some of our students get their hands dirty in our modest classroom garden. Our preschool students do hands-on science activities in our GLOW room. We want our students to have learning experiences in all parts of our campuses.
Fitness and Exercise
The school believes in a well-balanced education. Part of that education involves the mind and cognitive learning. We also strongly believe in taking care of our bodies and being healthy. So, physical education and health lessons are incorporated in our curriculum. We have multiple gymnasiums and outdoor play areas to foster play and physical conditioning. If weather permits, we get students to get out of the classroom and help them understand the importance of being outdoors.
Digital Learning Center
The school believes students need to be prepared for the future and part of that future will be knowing when and how to use technology. Besides our Chromebook and iPad carts, our campuses have traditional computer labs connected to a speedy T1 internet pipeline to serve our students. Of course, all internet content is filtered through our firewall for safety but we also teach the children to be discerning about websites and how to be a good digital citizen in this modern world .
Dining Areas
All of our campuses have a large dining area for students to have a snack or to have lunch, but these areas also serve as an environment for children to relax and to socialize. Though the focus is on nutrition, the students are exposed to using their manners when in public and how to socialize with others. These areas are properly maintained and cleaned on a daily basis. We want a safe and clean environment for our students to enjoy during their recess and lunch times.
Faith and Worship
The school chapel offers a peaceful space for students and parents to connect with their faith. It provides students a place for quiet reflection and prayer, helping them grow spiritually. For parents, it’s a chance to be involved in their child’s faith journey and feel connected to the school community. The chapel encourages personal growth and strengthens family bonds.
